IRC Group delivered the complete mechanical and electrical package for a new Superdrug unit within the White Rose Shopping Centre, fitting out a shell retail space into a fully serviced, trading-ready store within a busy live shopping centre environment.
Delivered to Superdrug's national brand specification and the principal contractor's programme, our team installed air conditioning and ventilation to maintain comfortable conditions across the shop floor and stockroom, together with full plumbing, hot and cold water services and drainage to the welfare and back-of-house areas. The electrical scope covered LV distribution, retail and emergency lighting, small power and containment, fully coordinated with the EPOS, security and fire alarm systems.
