IRC Group has completed the mechanical and electrical fit-out of the new Savers Health & Beauty store in Warrington is the final former Body Care unit converted under A.S. Watson's Savers acquisition and rebranding programme. As the closing project in the rollout, it was turned around at pace and handed over retail-ready, without compromising on quality or compliance.
Working to a tight programme, our team delivered the full M&E package including electrical installation, distribution and store lighting, plus air conditioning and ventilation. We coordinated around the wider shop-fit and sequenced to hit the opening date. It's the latest of several retail projects IRC Group has delivered for A.S. Watson brands across the Superdrug and Savers estates.
